Get to Know Me
Here are a few things that make me, me.
I love life, my friends and my community! I enjoy paddleboarding, hiking, and spending time in Mount Shasta with a really good cup of Theory coffee in hand. I love water and all things outdoors.
I love good food, especially brunch or a good steak, good lipstick (always a pop of color), and earrings. My closet is full of black clothes because they go with everything. I do not like pumping my own gas or dealing with spiders lol. The scariest & craziest thing I’ve done so far is jump out of a perfectly good airplane lol.
The youngest client I’ve worked with so far is 15, and the oldest is 80. I love every single person I work with, every age, every story, every heart. They are all gifts. I love making others feel seen and accepted through genuine authenticity. I am not afraid to share my story because it helps many women have hope.
Life is sacred, messy, and beautiful. I’m just here living it fully and helping others do the same.

Working with me isn’t about fixing what’s wrong with you because in my opinion you’re not broken. It’s about helping your brain and body remember how to feel safe again. Our bodies & brains were designed to heal and thrive. I’m a faith-based life coach backed by science, the bible, and real-life experience, helping women of all ages from 12 and up discover who they truly are, rebuild their sense of security, and reconnect to purpose.
My coaching blends neurofeedback, nervous system regulation, bodywork, and spiritual truth to help you release the stress, fear, and self-doubt that keep you stuck. Through self-discovery, self-love, and acceptance, we work together to rewrite the old neural pathways that once led to survival so your mind and body can finally rest in peace and clarity.
Sometimes sessions include gentle bodywork using tools that relax the fascia and release stored tension and lactic acid buildup. These methods help the body let go of what it’s been holding, creating space for calm, openness, and deep restoration.
My office is a safe space for your body to do what God designed it to do: release what no longer serves you, heal, and return to balance when it feels safe.
Imagine walking into a session feeling scattered, anxious, or disconnected. As we begin to regulate your breathing and calm your nervous system, your shoulders drop, your thoughts soften, and a sense of peace begins to rise. By the end, your body feels lighter, your mind clearer, and your spirit refreshed.

Neurofeedback
This is a gentle, science-based method that trains your brain to self-regulate and return to balance. By reading your brain’s activity in real time, neurofeedback helps calm anxiety, improve focus, and release chronic stress patterns. Over time, your brain learns to find peace naturally without force or strain. This work is especially powerful for emotional regulation, trauma recovery, brain aging, performance enhancement, better sleep, and rebuilding mental clarity.
Fascia Flow
Fascia connects everything in your body. When it softens and releases, pain decreases, and natural flow returns.
Fascia Release & Why It Matters
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, organs, and nervous system. When fascia becomes tight or restricted due to stress, trauma, injury, or repetitive movement, it can contribute to pain, stiffness, fatigue, and nervous-system tension. In my work, I use a specialized vibration-based fascia tool alongside hands-on trigger point release to gently relax and soften these restrictions. This combination helps increase circulation, improve mobility, and signal safety to the nervous system—allowing the body to release held tension and return to a more balanced, grounded state.

I take a unique, trauma-informed approach to life coaching that is rooted in compassion, real experience, and faith. As a trauma-informed coach and trauma-experienced survivor, I bring both professional training and lived wisdom to every session. I’m a 45-year-old mother of three amazing adults and a Gigi of 3, and I’ve walked through the highs and lows of life with a deep trust in God’s redemptive power.
I am a certified trauma- informed Life Coach & Neurofeedback Practitioner, but most importantly, I am a lifelong learner. My coaching is led by God, grounded in prayer, and guided by His word. Each session is a sacred space for healing, growth, and rediscovery.
I work with people of all ages who are ready to detach from unhealthy subconscious cycles that lead to self-sabotage and emotional exhaustion. Through grace, self-discovery, and gentle guidance, we walk together toward wholeness and freedom.
My foundation is built on love, not force—on trust, creativity, and connection. You’ll learn how to create safety within and how to recognize and change toxic cycles boundaries, and live fully alive and confident in who God created you to be. I have a big toolbox of practical and effective ways to help you gain your confidence and learn self-love. When you leave my sessions, you will feel seen, loved, and heard without any judgment. You are safe here.

Single Neurofeedback Session • $75
A 45-minute Neurofeedback session designed to restore balance, focus, and calm. Relax in a massage chair with headphones and an eye mask as your brain learns to self-regulate and return to a natural state of clarity and resilience.
Single Fascia Flow Session 50 Minute• $80
Fascia Flow is a table-based bodywork session designed to release stored tension, improve circulation, and support your body’s natural recovery process. Using specialized machine-assisted techniques, this session helps break up tight fascia, reduce lactic acid buildup, and restore mobility. The work is gentle yet effective, supporting both physical relief and nervous system regulation.
Neurofeedback + Fascia Flow Combo (50-Minute) • $125
A restorative 50-minute session, combining gentle fascia bodywork with integrated Neurofeedback. Designed to calm the mind, release tension, and reset the nervous system for full-body balance and relaxation. Lie on a massage table, while Neurofeedback trains your brain, and Fascia flow releases tension.
Neurofeedback + Fascia flow Separate (75-Minute) • $175
An immersive 75-minute reset combining:
30 minutes of Neurofeedback with a full 30 minutes of fascia flow bodywork. Begin with Neurofeedback lying down or sitting up, then move to the massage table for soothing fascial release and grounding touch. Ideal for deep stress relief and total renewal.
Life Coaching Session (50-Minute) • $150
Life Coaching sessions are $150 per session. Monthly packages start at $200 and are designed to provide consistent support, deeper integration, and ongoing momentum. After your first session, we’ll determine the best rhythm and package based on your goals and needs.
Monthly Maintenance Plans
A consistent maintenance plan is ideal to help your brain & body retain and strengthen its new patterns of focus and peace.
Having a monthly plan ensures you have a consistent weekly or bi-weekly session reserved for you, with flexibility to continue for as long as you need. Pricing ranges from $125–$400 per month, depending on your goals and level of support desired. When you are ready to choose a maintenance plan, we’ll decide together what feels aligned for you and create a monthly plan that fits both your needs and your budget.
You may also choose to come in as needed, for a single session or a touch-up for $75 each. Schedule as spots are available.
